1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by SeeLite LLC (“Sponsor”), located in the United States.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and are able to legally register, title, and insure the prize in their state of residence.

Residents of Florida and New York are not eligible to enter or win.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Free Online Entry

Entrants may enter by completing the official entry form on the Sponsor’s website. Limit one (1) free online entry per person/email address unless otherwise stated.

Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry)

To enter without purchase by mail, handwrite all required information on the official mail-in entry form (or plain paper including full name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth), sign it, and mail it in a properly stamped envelope to:

• Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope
• Mail-in entries must be handwritten and legible
• No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or automated entries permitted
• Must be postmarked by May 31, 2026 and received by June 5, 2026

Participants may receive additional entries through qualifying purchases:

One (1) additional entry will be awarded for every $5.00 USD spent on SeeLite apparel during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $28,000 USD

Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Drawing will occur within six (6) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends, on or about June 6, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification & Verification

The potential winner will be contacted on the same day as the drawing via email and/or phone.

• Must respond within three (3) days of initial contact
• Must complete and return any required documentation, including an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release

Failure to respond, provide required documentation, or comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Prize Claim & Delivery

The confirmed winner must arrange pickup or approved delivery within fifteen (15) business days of confirmation.

Winner must provide valid identification and complete all title transfer and ownership documentation prior to receiving the prize.

9. Taxes and Expenses

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the prize.

Winner is responsible for all costs not expressly included, including but not limited to title, registration, licensing, insurance, transportation, travel, fuel, maintenance, and optional upgrades.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, image, voice, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

• Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action
• Claims shall be governed by applicable United States law

14. Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform used to promote the Sweepstakes.

15. Void Where Prohibited

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including but not limited to residents of Florida and New York.

16. Winner List

17. Purchase Terms & Fulfillment

All purchases made in connection with this Sweepstakes are final and non-cancelable once submitted, except as required by applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Official Rules.

In the event that any purchased item is out of stock, backordered, or otherwise unavailable at the time of purchase, such item will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as reasonably practicable, which may occur after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

Entrants acknowledge and agree that:

• Eligibility for bonus entries is based on completed qualifying purchases, not delivery date
• Delayed shipment of purchased items does not affect the number of entries earned
• Sponsor shall not be liable for delays in shipping or fulfillment beyond its reasonable control

Chargebacks, refunds, returned items, or canceled transactions may result in the removal or disqualification of associated bonus entries, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
